|Brief Description of Duties:
Unified Movement Disorder faculty position. This is an inter-institutional position between Downstates, Maimonides and Kings County. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 1. Medical student teaching: MS1 & MS2 - Foundations 1 & 2; small group facilitation, coursework logistics, assisting with design of materials & assessments and meeting with students as needed. 2. Clinical Research: Establishing a Movement Disorder program.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION
|All successful candidates must undergo various background checks, maintain credentials required for continued employment and adhere to the SUNY-DMC UHB Principles of Behavior. Clinical Faculty and Allied Health professionals must receive and maintain Medical Board authorization.|
REQUIRED: M.D., Board certified in Neurology in additon to completion of a Movement Disorder Fellowship. NYS license.
