| Minimum Required QUALIFICATIONS: - Two years of experience in plumbing and/or steam fitting work under the supervision of a skilled tradesperson or completion of an appropriate two-year technical school course in the plumbing and/or steam fitting trade. | |
| Additional Information: - Working knowledge, the methods, materials, tools and equipment of the plumbing and steam fitting trade. - Working knowledge of hot water and steam heating systems and control devices. - Working knowledge of applicable plumbing code regulations. - Ability to use tools, machines, equipment and materials of the plumbing trade and steam fitting trade. - Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor. - Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions. - Ability to read diagrams, plans and specifications. - Ability to lead the activities of a subordinate staff. - Ability to operate a motor vehicle. | |
| All successful candidates must undergo various background checks, maintain credentials required for continued employment and adhere to the SUNY-DMC UHB Principles of Behavior. Clinical Faculty and Allied Health professionals must receive and maintain Medical Board authorization. | |
