The School of Health Professions at SUNY Downstate is seeking a full time Associate Dean of Program Development. The successful candidate: - Program Development: Expansion and new programs and degree options that will be revenue generating - Faculty Development - Teaching - College Admissions Oversight DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION
All successful candidates must undergo various background checks, maintain credentials required for continued employment and adhere to the SUNY-DMC UHB Principles of Behavior.   Clinical Faculty and Allied Health professionals must receive and maintain Medical Board authorization.
Qualifications: REQUIRED: - Doctoral Degree PREFERRED: - The candidate should have some prior experience in academic administration, faculty development and academic skills such as curriculum development and needs assessment.
