The Department of Radiology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time fellowship-trained Interventional Neuroradiologist to provide clinical services for the Neuro/Interventional Service at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County (KCHC). The successful candidate will:
- Teach and supervise Residents.
- Conduct educational lectures and seminars.
- Participate in interdepartmental conferences.
- Participate in scholarly activities as outlined by Radiology RRC.

The majority of opportunity exists to develop an active program, and to work jointly with neurosurgeons, neurologists, ophthalmologists and other specialists. After hour coverage may be required, and will be determined by the Chair or Director of Service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION

All successful candidates must undergo various background checks, maintain credentials required for continued employment and adhere to the SUNY-DMC UHB Principles of Behavior. Clinical Faculty and Allied Health professionals must receive and maintain Medical Board authorization.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- New York State License.
- Fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology.
- Fellowship in Neuroradiology.
- Fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology.

PREFERRED:
- Prior clinical, teaching and research experience.
