Description of Duties: This is a grant funded position. -Responsible for recruiting and retaining adolescents for the Adolescents Education Program's PREP Pregnancy Prevention Project. -Assist in training and supervising the PREP Peer Leaders -Develop and maintain contacts with community-based organizations (CBO), -Schedule community presentations and provide support for Peer Leaders, -Collaborate with clinics to provide clinic referrals for a at-risk youth for HIV C!T, Pregnancy prevention services, and STD screenings. -Conduct evidenced-based curriculum Sexual Health presentations to community based organizations, churches, after-school programs and clinics |

Qualifications: REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Community Health, Social Work or Education with 1 years experience or an Associates Degree with 2 years experience. Must be able to conduct health workshops in a community setting, must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends. Must possess office skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. PREFERRED: Experience working with adolescents around sexual health issues and prevention education preferred. Must have Social Media skills and experience managing all platforms. |
