Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Description of Duties:

This is a grant funded position. -Provide off-site HIV/HCV/STI counseling and testing to teens and young adults throughout NYC and make referrals to PrEP when needed. -Promote HIV/HCV/STI testing and sexual health education to youth throughout NYC and identify new opportunities for testing. -Plan, create, and post content to social media platforms. -Complete weekly AIRS Forms for testing programming at HEAT. -Attend community meetings, conferences and events focused on adolescents/young adults. -Provide linkage to care activities for HIV+ clients. -Facilitate /Co-facilitate workshops and events as needed. -Assist Coordinators with planning and executing large-scale community-based events to engage adolescents and community partners. -Contribute to Peer-based activities and discussions. -Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Knowledge of HIV/AIDS. PREFERRED: Associates degree. Excellent writing skills.
